The Running of the Flag!
Place: Forsyth Park
Date: Saturday, July 2nd
Time: 9am – 3pm
This is a great event, to honor our country on the anniversary of the adoption of the Declaration of Independence.
We will have a table set up on Drayton, near Collins Quarters
Pass out American Flags to anyone who is willing to walk it at least once around the park.
Our goal: to have our American flag travel around the park 246 times
People get a flag after signing our registration page (name, email, ph#)
I will have my drums set up to promote The Drums of Freedom!
I’ll recite the entire Declaration of Independence
